Welcome to Hostal Graciela
Hostal Graciela, nestled in the vibrant heart of Madrid’s Centro district at Calle de la Magdalena, 8, offers travelers an affordable and practical lodging option. With a rating of 3.4, this hostel caters primarily to budget-conscious visitors seeking proximity to the city’s main attractions without breaking the bank. Its location is a genuine highlight — just steps away from the lively streets, colorful multicultural eateries, and the renowned Reina Sofía Museum, making it ideal for guests eager to immerse themselves in Madrid’s rich artistic and cultural scene.
The accommodation primarily features small private rooms that are functional and clean. While the compact size of rooms and en-suite bathrooms might feel modest, they suit solo travelers or pairs comfortable with close quarters. Essential toiletries such as shower gel and paper tissue are provided, although some guests have noted the absence of shampoo, an aspect worth considering during packing. The hostel lacks extras like a restaurant, pool, or fitness center, focusing instead on the essentials like free Wi-Fi, which keeps guests connected to both work and leisure.
This spot is particularly appealing for short-term stays where location and cost-efficiency trump luxury. Guests have consistently highlighted the value for money — paying roughly 150 euros for three nights offers considerable savings in Madrid’s often pricey city center. The straightforward service and the clean, no-frills rooms foster a simple yet comfortable experience. While the décor may lean towards basic and could benefit from modernization, the warmth of the neighborhood and the convenience add undeniable charm.
In sum, Hostal Graciela stands as a reliable choice for travelers looking to explore Madrid’s core vibrancy on a budget. Its ease of access to iconic landmarks, coupled with affordable pricing, make it a fitting base for the discerning, culture-focused visitor who values substance over style.

Almost good location, room was small and toilet and shower were just in room but it's a hostel, its good for one person or 2 persons that they are match together.other things like cleanness ,paper tissue and shower gel were available.but not shampoo.
It is really close to center, rooms are too small and looks cheap but price is good. We have paid 150 euro for 3 nights.
Nice private rooms for a nice price. Located close to main tourist points.
Good place for a short stay. In the city center, cheap and clean.
